Before proceeding to the sign-up please make sure your browser settings are as follows.
	In Internet Explorer 7, from your tools menu click on Internet Options. You should see the Dialog box to the left. Click on the settings button circled in red.
Now you should see the Dialog box to the right. Be sure that the "Every time I visit the webpage" option is chosen then click OK. This will put you back to the Internet Options Dialog.
	Now Click on the Security Tab. then click on Trusted Sites and finally click on the Sites Button.
Add PCC's website to your trusted sites by typing *.pcc-companies.com as shown and then click the add button. You also need to be sure that the checkbox for https is unchecked or you will not be able to add our site designator. Now click Close and then OK and you should be back to your Browser.
