We have used P.C.C. for many years and are very happy with their services. Any time that I have a question or problem I get the answers with a quick phone call. We receive a check on a monthly basis which helps boost our collections.

I am new to Dr Beddoe's office and came from another dental office that used a different collection agency. My experience with PCC has been great this far. Each time I have had to contact PCC, the representatives have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure all of my questions have been answered. I have never had such great customer service working with any other collection agency in the past. Keep up the good work! I would highly reccommend PCC.

We have found PCC to be much easier to work with then other collection companies we have used. They are quick to answer any question we have had. My position as Collections Manager for 4 oral and maxillofacial surgeons requires me to turn delinquent accounts to an outside collection agency. I have worked closely with the staff at PCC for many years now and could not be more happy with the service we have received from their company. It is amazing to me that I rarely ever hear our patients complain about the manner in which they were treated by the collection agency! That is a testimony to the level of professionalism they practice in their business. I feel PCC has hired extremely experienced and knowledgable employees. It is reassuring to have a comfortable level of confidence in trusting their judgement and handling of legal matters. I am amazed at their qualities of fairness and common sense. I have used other collection agencies in the past but I highly recommend PCC as first rate in the Tulsa area. If you are considering finding an agency, I suggest you turn a few accounts and track the wonderful job they will do for you in collecting. You won't be disappointed!

Burt has been an excellent account representative. He is always checking in to make sure we are doing good and see if there is anything he can do for us. In the 10 plus years I have been dealing with collections agencies, PCC is the first one where I actually feel like we see any sort of return. PCC has a great system in place and they get the job done.

I have used PCC for a couple of years and they are a company that gets results!! Burt personally comes in and hands us our monthly check and that just adds to the company's relationships with their clients.
Anytime you need to add clients, you just go online!! It is so easy and definitley a time saver!! I highly recommend them!!
