Before using The PCC Companies for our collections we had tried just about everything from sending letters, calling(only when time permitted), mediation at the courthouse and etc.. and to be honest with you not only were we barely collecting but the time leaving the office and making nothing but calls caused us to neglect alot of other areas that needed attention. But now they do all of the leg work for us and we just wait for our check! I absolutley love it!!

I am very impressed with the customer service that P.C.C. offers. We have tried other collection agencies and have found P.C.C. to be very professional. They effectively work on our most difficult accounts.

I set up my collections with PCC just a few weeks ago. I have used several in the past with very little results with the most recent company folding without even telling me! PCC has already recovered money for me that I can use! Seeing my accounts recievables come back to me is great! The set-up of my account with PCC was very professional and they actually answer the phone with a person when I have questions! I have recommended them to friends already.
